Two hours to look at things honestly
A single session, in person in Munich or by video. You leave with a clear picture of where you stand and an anchor for the weeks ahead. The session stands on its own – whether anything more comes of it settles itself later.
What happens in those two hours
Three days beforehand you'll receive five questions by email. Short answers, a few sentences – not essays. They're a first anchor, not an agenda.
We begin with ten minutes of silence, guided. Not as a technique, but so that you feel the difference before we talk about it: speaking about yourself, or being with yourself.
Then we look. Where is the pull strongest – in the body, in your sleep, in the decisions, in the question of what you're doing all this for. We don't work through a checklist. We follow wherever your attention goes of its own accord.
By the end there are three things: a clear picture of where you stand today. A picture of what could be true in twelve weeks. And an anchor for the coming weeks – a small practice, a question, a decision.
The practicalities
Sometimes those two hours make clear that a longer arc is needed. That's what the Practice Journey is for – twelve weeks, six conversations, a practice that holds in everyday life.
Never on the same day, and never before the Clarity Session. Spend a fortnight with the anchor. If it still feels right then, we'll talk properly.
Your appointment
You'll have a reply within two working days with possible dates and the five questions.
