Rethinking health in the age of AI.

In talks, films and public dialogues, I explore how technology, artificial intelligence and acceleration affect our health, our attention and our capacity to decide.

How we think in public shapes how we live tomorrow.

Digital media, information overload and constant availability create technostress - with consequences for body, mind and culture.

Health is becoming a defining question of the future. What it calls for is a way of living that deliberately strengthens regeneration, nutrition, movement and inner work.

Why this conversation is necessary now.

The faster our systems become, the more clearly the limits of human endurance come into view. The consequences are well documented: shrinking attention spans, disrupted sleep, rising rates of exhaustion, growing psychological strain - and a diminished ability to decide.

What long appeared to be an individual problem now works at a structural level. When regeneration fails for good, organisations lose stability, leadership loses clarity, and collaboration loses substance.

Resilience, then, is not a private matter. It determines orientation, responsibility and the capacity for the future - in organisations as much as in education and society.

Health is a competence.

Resilience is not a buzzword. It is a trainable ability.

Whole-person resilience emerges when body, mind and living environment are understood as one. It develops through conscious self-regulation and through concrete daily practice - in nutrition, movement, regeneration and in how we handle technology.

Health can be shaped. It asks for attention, knowledge and consistent follow-through.

In my public formats I bring together entrepreneurial experience, work in film and media, and a view of health as the foundation of vitality, clarity and personal effectiveness.

Public Formats

My public work moves between stage, film and conversation. At its centre lies one question: how resilience can be strengthened, concretely, under conditions of technological acceleration.

Keynotes & Talks

Leadership today lives under constant tension. The room for decisions narrows, responsibility grows, complexity increases. And at the same time it calls for presence, clarity and inner stability.

My talks begin exactly here. They connect the reality of running a business with a view of resilience that brings leadership, health and responsibility together.

  • Resilience in the age of AI
  • Health as a leadership task
  • Self-leadership amid technological leaps

Within organisations, I take this work deeper with leadership teams in organisations.

KOMM KLAR with technology and media

My current experiential talk for schools and parents on a conscious approach to technology, media and digital overstimulation.

KOMM KLAR puts attention, self-regulation and media literacy at the centre. The format opens a space for conversation and for finding one's bearings in everyday digital life.

Film as a space for discourse

Film sets dialogues in motion - about leadership, responsibility and cultural change. It opens spaces for a shift in perspective within organisations. These conversations reach beyond the moment, into attitude and the way decisions are made.

From Business To Being

A film about three leaders searching for a way out of the hamster wheel of relentless drive – and about the question of how leadership, organisation and consciousness can come together anew.

A feature-length documentary by Julian Wildgruber and Hanna Henigin

The film can be booked as a screening followed by dialogue, an input session or an in-depth workshop on mindful leadership, mindfulness-based stress reduction and whole-person health.

Teachers for Life - Learning in harmony

A film-based discourse on the shift in consciousness that education needs, and on the competences that support teachers today.

A feature documentary by Julian Wildgruber and Kathrin Höckel.

A feature-length documentary by Julian Wildgruber and Kathrin Höckel.

This format, too, combines a film screening with a facilitated conversation and deeper spaces for discourse.

Podcast: becomingfullyalive.rocks

A space for conversation on resilience, consciousness and human strength in the age of AI.

In the Becoming Fully Alive podcast, dialogues unfold with people from the healing professions, with scientists and entrepreneurs – on leadership, health, the effects of media and self-regulation.

Conversations that offer orientation in complex times.

Circle: wirtschaftneudenken

For more than fifteen years, wirtschaftneudenken ('rethinking economics') was an independent think tank and circle at the intersection of business, art and education.

Entrepreneurs, artists and students came together to rethink leadership and responsibility – beyond the logic of markets alone.

At its heart lay a shift in perspective: business as a cultural act of shaping.

The experience of wirtschaftneudenken shapes my work today on resilience in the age of AI.
