Rethinking health in the age of AI.

I speak in lectures, films and public dialogues about how technology, artificial intelligence and accelerating systems are reshaping our health, our attention and our capacity to make sound decisions.

public

Digital media, information overload and constant connectivity create technostress — with consequences for our bodies, our minds and our culture.

Health is therefore becoming one of the defining questions of our time. What is needed is a way of living that consciously strengthens regeneration, nutrition, movement and inner development.

Why this conversation is necessary now.

The faster our systems become, the more visible the limits of human capacity. The consequences are empirically evident: declining attention spans, disrupted sleep, rising exhaustion rates, increasing psychological strain — and diminished decision-making ability.

What was long treated as an individual issue now reveals itself as structural. When regeneration is consistently neglected, organisations lose stability, leadership loses clarity and collaboration loses depth.

Resilience is therefore not a private matter. It shapes orientation, responsibility and long-term viability — across organisations, education and society.

Health is a competence.

Resilience is not a passing trend.
It is a trainable capacity.

Resilience emerges when body, mind and our living environment are understood as an interconnected whole. It grows through conscious self-regulation and through everyday practices — in nutrition, movement, recovery and in the way we relate to technology.

Health can be shaped. It requires attention, knowledge and consistent practice.

In my public work, I bring together entrepreneurial experience, media practice and a perspective on health as the foundation of vitality, clarity and personal agency.

Public Formats

My public work moves between stage, film and dialogue.
At its core lies the question of how resilience can be strengthened in practical terms under conditions of technological acceleration.

Keynotes & Talks

Leadership is facing sustained strain. Decision-making cycles shorten, accountability expands and complexity deepens. Yet what is needed is composure, discernment and inner steadiness.

My keynotes explore this intersection — bridging real-world executive experience with a resilience framework that unites leadership, health and responsibility.

KOMM KLAR mit Technologie und Media

My current interactive keynote for schools and parents explores the conscious use of technology, media and digital overstimulation.

KOMM KLAR places attention, self-regulation and media literacy at its centre. The format opens a space for dialogue and orientation in everyday digital life.

Cinematic Discourse Formats

Film initiates dialogue on leadership, responsibility and cultural transformation. It opens space for shifts in perspective within organisations. These conversations extend beyond the moment, shaping attitudes and influencing decision-making processes.

From Business To Being

A film about three leaders searching for ways out of the treadmill of perpetual busyness — and about the question of how leadership, organisation and awareness might come back into alignment.

A feature-length documentary by Julian Wildgruber and Hanna Decker.

The film can be booked as a screening followed by dialogue, an expert input or an in-depth workshop on Mindful Leadership, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and holistic health.

Teachers for Life - Learning in harmony

A cinematic exploration of the necessary shift in consciousness within education — and of the capacities teachers need to strengthen today.

A feature-length documentary by Julian Wildgruber and Kathrin Höckel.

This format also combines a film screening with moderated dialogue and deeper discursive spaces.

Podcast: becomingfullyalive.rocks

A space for dialogue on resilience, consciousness and human capacity in the age of AI.

In Becoming Fully Alive, I host conversations with practitioners in the healing professions, scientists and entrepreneurs on leadership, health, media influence and self-regulation.

Conversations that offer orientation in complex times.

Circle: wirtschaftneudenken

For more than fifteen years, wirtschaftneudenken functioned as an independent think tank and dialogue circle bridging business, the arts and education.

Entrepreneurs, artists and students gathered to reconsider leadership and responsibility beyond narrow economic frameworks.

Central to the initiative was a perspective shift: understanding economic activity as a cultural act of shaping society.

Its legacy informs my current work on resilience in the AI era.

The way we think together today shapes the way we live tomorrow.
