I work with trained perception and precise reflection. I recognise where you deflect, where you harden, where you quietly lose contact with yourself – and that is exactly where we go.

Lasting change arises through experience that moves you. Together we create a learning and development path that makes those experiences possible within the context of your own questions – anchoring new patterns in how you think, feel and act.

A handwritten journal accompanies the entire process – translating insight into daily life, and daily life into embodied practice.
