Together with the Learning Campus, we developed a transformation strategy to further evolve the e-learning offerings and their communication within the organization.
The goal was to engage leaders through participatory, digitally supported formats on the internal platform “My Learning World,” encouraging self-directed and needs-based learning.
The strategy paper combined digital and offline measures to activate the leadership channel, supported by an integrated communication approach across the organization’s internal platforms.
A key idea was to open a structured digital feedback loop to better understand what truly matters to leaders. This allowed learning content to be aligned with their actual needs.
The result was greater relevance, stronger authenticity, and more organic connections among leaders around shared topics.
To activate the learning offerings, we applied approaches from network and social media marketing, identifying key multipliers within the organization to maximize impact among leaders during the rollout of the learning content.
