The award-winning documentary “Changing Lives Through Pro Bono,” recognized at the Deauville Green Awards, was produced in collaboration with the international law firm Hogan Lovells. It tells the story of Afghan women whose lives have been profoundly transformed through years of commitment, courage, and international support.
At its center is Zakia Mohammadi, a key figure in Afghanistan’s women’s cycling movement. What once stood for freedom and self-determination became an existential threat with the return of the Taliban. Forced to flee, Zakia was separated from her family—facing an uncertain future.

Concept & Realization
